We’re here to make getting around Wichita easy and convenient. When you arrive, here’s what you need to know about using our services:

Getting Started & Finding Information

• Route Schedules: Stop by our administrative offices at 777 E Waterman St to grab printed schedules for all our bus routes. You can also find them at the Transit Center located at 214 S. Topeka – we have schedules for all routes available there.
• Need to ask a question? Feel free to contact us during business hours – we’re happy to help you plan your trip.

How Our System Works

• Extensive Coverage: We operate numerous fixed routes covering the entire city, connecting you to where you need to go.
• Regular Service: Buses run regularly Monday through Friday, generally with service starting early and continuing into the evening. Saturday service is also available, though with adjusted hours.
• Holiday Closures: Please note that we do not operate on certain holidays. Be sure to check our website for a current list of observed holidays before you travel.

Paying for Your Ride

• Multiple Options: We want to make paying easy! You can purchase tickets directly from your bus driver.
• Mobile Convenience: Download our “Ride Wichita” mobile app to purchase passes using your credit or debit card.
• Day Passes for Transfers: If you need to switch between routes, a Day Pass purchased from your first driver will cover all your rides for the day.

Smart Trip Planning

• Real-Time Tracking: Download the myStop mobile app to see exactly where your bus is and when it will arrive.
• Trip Planning Tools: The app helps you find the best route to your destination.
• Onboard Amenities: All of our buses offer free Wi-Fi and bicycle racks, so you can stay connected and bring your bike along!
