Purpose of the Platform My Private Order is an online platform connecting seafarers and service providers in various ports worldwide. Seafarers (users) can create accounts, search for providers, ask questions, and leave reviews about their experiences. Providers can create profiles, publish offers, and respond directly to seafarers. Both seafarers and providers can ask and answer questions on the platform, share useful information, and engage in discussions related to port services. Providers may also reply to reviews and comments to offer clarifications or follow-up communication. The Platform acts only as an intermediary, providing the digital space for these interactions. We do not provide, sell, or guarantee any of the services or products listed by users.
Eligibility
To use My Private Order, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old,
- Have legal capacity to enter into agreements,
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration data. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.
User Accounts
When creating an account as a Seafarer or Provider, you agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential,
- Provide only truthful and lawful information,
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
The Platform may terminate or suspend access to your account without notice if misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected.
Services and Content
- Providers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings.
- The Platform does not verify or endorse any provider, service, or product.
- Seafarers should use discretion when contacting providers or arranging services.
- The Platform may moderate or remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
Payments and Transactions
At this stage, My Private Order does not process payments directly. All agreements or payments between seafarers and providers occur outside the platform, under their own responsibility. The Platform is not a party to any transaction and cannot be held liable for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user interactions.
Reviews and User Content
By posting a review, comment, or message on My Private Order, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content publicly. You agree not to post:
- defamatory, abusive, or false information;
- spam or unauthorized advertising;
- or content that violates any law or third-party rights.
The Platform reserves the right to remove such content at any time.
Privacy and Data Protection
