After You Land

• Baggage Claim: Simply follow the signs to the baggage claim area located on the lower level.
• Service Animal Relief: We provide designated relief areas for service animals both inside security (near Gate 1) and outside, just to the right of Baggage Claim.

Getting Around Wichita

We offer a variety of ground transportation options to fit your needs:

• Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available. Request a ride using their apps and meet your driver on the Departures Level (upper level). They operate 24/7.
• Taxis: Taxi stands are conveniently located on the Departures Level. Several companies serve the airport.
• Rental Cars: A Rental Car Center is on airport property, easily accessible via our free shuttle service from the terminal. You’ll find counters for Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, and Turo.
• Shuttles: We operate a free shuttle to our Park & Ride lot, running every 15 minutes from 3:00 am until the last flight arrives. Many local hotels also offer complimentary shuttle service—please check with your hotel directly. Wichita Transit provides public bus service throughout the city as well.
• Limos & Car Services: For a more luxurious experience, several limo and car services are available.

• Downtown Wichita: The airport is a quick, 10-minute drive to downtown.
• Beyond Downtown: Utilize our route mapper or stop by the information desk for directions.
