• Getting Here: Our main facility is located at 5500 E. Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS 67218. We are open 24/7 for urgent medical needs.
• Check-In Process: Simply present your VA identification or veteran documentation at the main entrance. We have wheelchairs available if you need assistance.
• Need Help Navigating? Don't hesitate to ask for a Patient Advocate at check-in. They are here to help resolve any issues and connect you with the right resources.

Making Appointments & Getting Around:

• Free Transportation: We offer free van transportation to veterans within a 30-mile radius. Please schedule a ride through our Volunteer Transportation Network. You can also ask your county's Veterans Affairs director for assistance.
• Travel Reimbursement: Eligible veterans may be reimbursed for travel expenses, including mileage or special transport.
• Scheduling Care: To schedule a new appointment or discuss your care needs, please call us.

• Medical Records: Bring copies of your medical records if possible. We can also help you request them on-site.
• Insurance Information: Please have your insurance details readily available.
