• Find us at Yokohama Port: We operate from the port area, conveniently located near Osanbashi Pier (1-1-4 Kaigandori) – just a short distance from the 1 Chome Kaigandori address.
• Easy Access: We're easily reachable! It’s about a 7-minute walk from Nihon-odori Station (Minatomirai Line) or 15 minutes from Kannai Station (Yokohama Subway/JR).
• Explore the Harbor: Our routes connect lively harbor zones with key attractions like the Red Brick Warehouse and the Sakuragicho Station area. It's a fantastic way to see the city!
• On-Site Assistance: Look for our guides and ticket counters in the waterfront area near Osanbashi Pier to manage boarding and learn about the different tour options. Tourist information is also readily available at Yokohama Port and Osanbashi Terminal.
• Please Note: Our water taxis are unfortunately not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs or passengers with significant mobility issues.
