Here’s how we can help you during your visit:

• Request a Ride: Simply call us to request a taxi. We’re available 24 hours a day, year-round.
• Service Area: We primarily serve the Tsurumi Ward, but can also accommodate trips to surrounding areas.
• Visit Our Office: You’re welcome to visit us directly at 神奈川県横浜市鶴見区菅沢町16-19 (Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama City, Tsurumi Ward, Sugasawacho 16-19). We're conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Tsurumi Ichiba Station.
• Easy Payment: We accept both cash and credit cards. Please note there is a pickup fee of 500 yen, in addition to the standard metered fare.
• Reservations: We also offer reservations. Additional fees may apply for time-specific bookings or requests for a particular type of vehicle.

Arriving in Yokohama?

Whether you arrive by train or other means, we make getting around easy. Just call us when you’ve arrived, provide your pickup location, and your destination. We’ll dispatch a taxi to meet you. If you’re coming from Tsurumi Ichiba Station (JR Keihin-Tohoku Line), we’re just a short walk away, or we can pick you up right at the station!

We can also handle longer trips to cities like Hino, though fares for these longer distances will be higher.
