We want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Here’s how NTS can help you:

• Getting Started: Simply visit our NTS office at Horizons Family Services. We’re here to help you create an account.
• Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options. You can securely add your bank or credit card information for direct payment, or pre-purchase ride credits – whatever works best for you.
• Scheduling a Ride: Once you’re set up, scheduling a ride is easy! Use our convenient app (available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) or give us a call during business hours.
• Stay Informed: We’ll keep you updated! You’ll receive a text message letting you know when your ride is approaching and when it has arrived. You can also track your vehicle’s location in the app.
• Group Travel: Traveling with a group? We offer group shuttle services! These require at least two weeks’ notice and are available around the clock. Just call or visit our office to book.
