Getting Started in Urangan

Urangan is the perfect base for exploring K'gari, and our office is conveniently located here. Whether you’re arriving by car, taxi, or public transport, getting to us is easy.

Visit Us at Our Office

You’ll find us at 6 Southern Cross Circuit, Urangan QLD 4655. We open at 8:00 AM – though we always recommend checking for the most up-to-date hours and confirming your booking. While walk-ins are welcome, booking in advance guarantees your spot on the adventure of a lifetime!

Choose Your K'gari Experience

We offer a range of tours to suit every style and fitness level:

• Pack Free Walk: Enjoy the freedom of self-guided hiking with the peace of mind of supported access.
• Luxury Walk: Indulge in a fully guided experience with gourmet meals and deluxe accommodation.
• Adventure Hike: For the independent explorer, a challenging self-guided hike with no support.
• Multi-day Hikes: Immerse yourself in K'gari with our incredible 2, 3, or 4-day tour options.

Tour Check-In & Departure

On your tour day, simply check in at our office. Most tours depart directly from here, or we can arrange transfers from your Hervey Bay accommodation – just let us know when you book! We’ll provide you with everything you need to know, including a detailed packing list, transfer information, and your full itinerary.

• Swimsuit and towel
• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen)
• Insect repellent
• Camera to capture the memories
• Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
• Any personal medication you require

After Your Adventure

Tours return to either our office or your accommodation. And for your convenience, we’re happy to store your luggage at the office while you’re exploring K'gari!
