• Tell Us Where You Are & Where You Want To Go: The app will usually detect your current location automatically. You can also manually enter any address. Then, just type in where you’d like to go!
• Request Your Ride: Tap the button to request a taxi. We’ll connect you with the nearest available UBCab driver.
• Follow Along: Watch your driver approach in real-time on the map within the app.
• Payment is Simple: We accept both cash and a variety of convenient online payment methods.
• Receipts Made Easy: You’ll receive an electronic receipt automatically after your ride, sent via SMS or email.
