• Finding Us: As you exit the Arrivals Hall with your luggage, head outside the terminal. Our official taxi rank is conveniently located to the left-hand side. You’ll easily recognize our taxis – they’re white with a distinctive red trunk and bonnet, and a blue chequered pattern on the side.
• Joining the Queue: We operate a fair queuing system, so simply join the line. We have taxis available around the clock, though availability may vary depending on the time of day and season.
• Your Ride: When you reach the front, a driver will take you directly to your destination. Our fares are metered, starting with a base fare, plus a per-kilometer charge.
• Fair Fares: To ensure transparency, please ask your driver to activate the meter before the ride begins and keep it visible throughout your journey. This guarantees you’re paying the official rate.
• Pre-Booking Option: Prefer a hassle-free experience? You can pre-book an official taxi or private transfer online through various services. This offers the added benefits of meet-and-greet service, English-speaking drivers, and a fixed price.
• Payment: Please have Brazilian Reais (BRL) ready to pay your driver at the end of the trip. While most drivers accept cash, some may also accept credit cards.
