We’re here to get you where you need to go throughout Freeport and Stephenson County. Our main office and the Senior Resource Center are conveniently located at 206 E Stephenson St, making it easy to plan your travel.

How does PCAT work? We’re a demand-response service. That means we don’t run fixed routes – instead, you book your trip with us directly.

• Scheduling: To request a ride, give us a call. It’s best to book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request, though we’ll do our best with same-day needs when possible.
• Service Area: We proudly serve residents traveling within Stephenson County for essential trips – getting to the store, attending appointments, or enjoying local events.
• Hours of Operation: You can rely on us Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to midnight, and on Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. We do not operate on Sundays.
