• Finding a Pepeu Taxi: Look for our traditional white taxis with a clear “taxi” sign on the roof. We operate by street hailing, responding to calls (if you can obtain local contact information), and serving from local taxi stands, especially around Rua Funchal.
• Our Passenger App: The easiest way to book a Pepeu Taxi is through our dedicated passenger app, available on Google Play. Download it before or after you arrive to request a ride directly from your smartphone.
• Communication is Key: While we love serving everyone, many of our drivers don’t speak English. We recommend having your destination address written in Portuguese to ensure a smooth journey.
• From Airports & Terminals: If you’re arriving at Guarulhos or Congonhas airport, or one of the major bus terminals like Terminal Tietê, you can take a taxi, shuttle bus, or connect via the metro and bus lines to reach Vila Olímpia and our base at Rua Funchal, 1. We advise using official taxi services or apps when leaving these hubs.
