Getting here from the airport is a breeze! We offer a complimentary airport shuttle service from Ciudad del Carmen International Airport (CME). Just look for our shuttle upon arrival and we’ll whisk you away to the hotel.

A few things to note:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
• We don’t currently offer shuttle services to locations other than the airport. For exploring Ciudad del Carmen, we recommend taxis or renting a car.
