• Download the Grab App: Find us on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the app to your phone.
• Create Your Account: Tap “New to Grab? Sign up!” and enter your mobile number. We’ll send you a quick verification code to confirm it's you. You can also use your existing Google or Facebook account for even faster signup.
• Finish Your Profile: Just a few more details to complete your account – emergency contacts, a recovery email, and a quick selfie for security are all we need. You can also add your credit or debit card details, and connect your Facebook account if you wish.

Let's Ride!

• Choose Your Ride: Open the app and tap the car icon to select GrabCar. We’ll automatically pinpoint your current location.
• Set Your Destination: Simply type in where you want to go in the "Where To" field.
• Pick Your Vehicle: The app shows you available cars nearby, with estimated prices and how far away they are. We even offer a GrabCar for ladies option, driven by female drivers for added comfort.
• Confirm & Book: Select your preferred payment method—cash or credit card work perfectly. Once you’ve confirmed everything, tap “Book the Grab” and you’re on your way!

Stay Connected:

• Track Your Driver: Watch your driver approach on the map after booking.
• Communicate Easily: You can call or message your driver directly through the app if needed.
