Welcome to the George Town Cruise Port! We’re thrilled you’re visiting Grand Cayman.

We strive to make your arrival and exploration of our beautiful island as seamless as possible. Upon arrival, you’ll be tendered from your cruise ship via shuttle boat to one of our three terminals: North, South, or Royal Watler.

Here’s how to make the most of your time with us:

• We are open 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and can comfortably welcome up to four ships at a time.
• Once ashore, you’ll immediately find yourself surrounded by duty-free shopping, a variety of restaurants, and helpful tour booths.
• Getting around is easy! Taxis are readily available right outside the port terminals. Please note that rideshares aren’t currently available on the island, and the public bus doesn’t stop directly at the port.
• Our Port Authority provides facilities and tourist information near each terminal to assist you with booking tours, arranging transfers, and planning your sightseeing adventures.
• We partner with local tour operators offering incredible experiences like Stingray City, Starfish Point, and fantastic snorkeling trips. Many offer free shuttles from the port to their tour boats for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth start to your visit:

• Take some time to explore the shops and restaurants within the port area while you wait for your tour or transportation.
• Taxis and pre-booked transfers are the best way to reach popular destinations like Seven Mile Beach or other attractions further afield.
• Don’t hesitate to check with our tourist information booths for up-to-date schedules, excursion details, and transportation options.
