• Location: We operate from Hermann-Löns-Straße 22, 39116 Magdeburg.
• Planning Ahead: If you're arriving at the Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), it’s best to call us either from the station or once you’ve arrived at our address to arrange your pickup.
• Payment: We accept standard taxi fare payments.

• No Online Booking: We currently only take bookings by phone, so an app or website isn’t available.
• No Office to Visit: We don’t have a walk-in office, so please contact us by phone to arrange your ride.
