• By Bus: If you’re arriving at the Puerto Natales Bus Station, we’re about 5.2 km away. Taxis are readily available, or we’re happy to arrange a pickup for you – just let us know!
• By Air: Flying into Teniente J. Gallardo Airport? We’re approximately 1.6 km from the airport, and taxis are easily found outside the terminal.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Upon arrival, please connect with our host or reception to complete check-in. Don’t hesitate to share any special requests or if you need a little assistance – we’re here to help!
