• Give us a call: Simply reach out to us by phone to arrange a taxi to pick you up from wherever you are in Kamiamakusa.
• Visit our main office: You’re welcome to come directly to our office located at 906-4 Himedomachi Himeura, Kamiamakusa, Kumamoto. We’re happy to assist you in person.
• We also have a branch in Kumamoto City: Located at 3-8-10 Kasuga, Nishi-ku, Kumamoto City, this allows for convenient coordination of travel between the two areas.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

• 7 or more days before travel: A cancellation fee of 20% of the fare will apply.
• 3 days before travel: A cancellation fee of 30% of the fare will apply.
• 1 day before travel: A cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will apply.
• On the day of travel: A cancellation fee of 100% (the full fare) will apply.
